Dual Lock™ - flexible fastener
Dual Lock™ snap fasteners consist of a polyolefin carrier with small hemispherical heads on short stems.
Carrier: polyamide rayon
Adhesive: not sticky or with synthetic rubber or acrylic adhesive
Liner: foil transparent or white, both sides siliconized
Total thickness: 1,7 - 5,8 mm
Temperature resistance: -30° C / +70° C, short periods +95° C
Bonding: permanent, for outdoor use (only VHB-types)
The Dual Lock™ System is an excellent alternative to conventional fastening options, such as Screwing, gluing, riveting, etc. Its high load capacity and easy processing make it a universal fastening solution for all applications that require a high degree of flexibility and invisible fastening. Dual Lock snap fasteners consist of a polyolefin carrier with small hemispherical heads on short stems. Pressing two components together creates a stable, releasable seal.
Applications:
For the detachable fastening of cladding, covers, components, etc., in the vehicle, appliance, toy and furniture industry, in machine and apparatus construction as well as in advertising and decoration, etc.
