The mould construction covers the technologies of:

• turning
• CNC milling
• flat-, round- and profile-grinding
• as well as wire eroding and die sinking

A principal form system enables the competitive production of small batches.

Plastic injection molding plant

On our injection moulding machines we produce serial parts automatically from 0,1 up to 500 grams shot weight.

We convert all current plastics including elastomers and offer the possibility of labelling by hot stamping and laser.

Pressing technique, components and assembling

The punching department contains eccentric presses from 2 up to 25 tons and assembling machines.

We manufacture cutting dies by our own tool production.
